I have a question about a product, can you help me?

1- Where is my item? ,Why it is looking on your country as "Insert item into bag" ?

Answer : At first please be relax about your cargo. We sent 1500+ pack since we start without any lost. Only few pack turned back by "the receiver didnt found" reason.
The Postal services can show the tracking details with in 8-24 hours delay.
Our local service sends the packages around in 12-24 hours to out of Turkey and you can see it as "Insert item into bag" in our local tracking page. This is the last stage in Turkey.
Then you should wait for your custom clearance procedures for tracking on your local.
Because most of the countries stops the tracking system for security reasons when package is at the customs.

We can track it when only in Turkey, you should use your local postal company`s tracking services when it`s on your own country.

2- Can you declare my pack as GIFT & less than 100$?

Answer : We are already declaring your packs as "17$ - hobby parts". If you need different requirements please contact us by e-mail

3- I didnt use my birthday discount code in time, may i use it later?

Answer : Happy birthday :) we can extend the time limit for 2 weeks. Please feel free to contact with us bye-mail

4- Can i sell your products on my shop?

Answer : Yes you can. Please contact with us by e-mail

5- Can I pay with Bank Wire?

Answer : Sorry, bank transfer cost more than 40$ on our side. They are also cutting 40$ from you. This is why we are accepting bankwire method for only resellers and local customers.

6- Can you ship my order with FeDex?

Answer : Sorry, we encountered some problems with FEDEX import service on few country in the past. The customer left the pack at custom and we paid all costs (around 400$). This is why we are not working with FeDex and other cargo companies.

7- I have an idea, are you interested?

Answer : Yes, all ideas are important for us. Please share your idea on the forum. If it is possible and producible, we can do it.

8- Can you give your address for returning products?
